Site information

Terms & Conditions

These website terms explain the intended use of Maine Dentistry’s public website. They are separate from treatment consent, patient financial agreements and office policies provided directly by the practice.

Copy updated October 8, 2026.

General information, not dental advice

Website content is provided for general education and practice information. It is not a diagnosis, individualized treatment recommendation or substitute for an examination and advice from a qualified dental professional.

Do not delay seeking professional care because of information on this website. Reading content, completing a self-assessment or contacting the practice online does not by itself establish a dentist–patient relationship.

Treatment options and results

Eligibility for a treatment, its risks and benefits, expected results, timing and cost depend on an individual evaluation. Descriptions, illustrations, testimonials and photographs do not guarantee a particular result or mean that a treatment is appropriate for every patient.

Confirm current services, availability, fees and any offer conditions directly with the office. The website does not determine insurance coverage or replace a written treatment plan or financial agreement.

Appointments and urgent concerns

A general website inquiry is not an appointment confirmation. Use the office’s designated scheduling service or contact the office, and follow the confirmation instructions provided there.

Website inquiries are not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent dental concerns, call an office directly. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.

General inquiry forms and communications

When enabled, general inquiry forms are intended for non-clinical questions and administrative assistance. Do not submit medical or dental histories, treatment details, records, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Only submit information you are authorized to provide. Submitting a general inquiry permits the practice to respond to that request; it is not consent to enroll in marketing texts or other unrelated communications.

General inquiry forms remain unavailable in the current preview pending privacy and delivery approval. Please call an office for assistance.

Responsible use

Do not use this website to submit spam, impersonate another person, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or collect information unlawfully. Protective controls may block or limit requests that appear abusive.

Website content and external services

Copyright, trademark and other rights may apply to website text, branding, photographs, illustrations and video. Do not reproduce or redistribute protected material without permission from the appropriate rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Links to booking, maps, video, reviews and social media lead to independently operated services. Their terms, privacy practices, accessibility and availability may differ from this website. A link does not make Maine Dentistry responsible for all content or actions of a third-party service.

Availability, accuracy and updates

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but content may become outdated and online services may be interrupted. Confirm details that affect your care or appointment directly with the practice. Content and these website terms may be updated as services or website features change.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law. They do not replace patient agreements or the practice’s applicable healthcare privacy obligations.
