An Update to Our Cancellation Policy
At Maine Dentistry, we’re always looking for ways to provide the best care while keeping our pricing fair for everyone.
Starting September 1, 2025, we’ll begin requiring a credit card on file when scheduling appointments. We’ve also updated our cancellation policy:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a $90 fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are, of course, completely fine.
Your card will only be charged if an appointment is missed or canceled outside of this policy. These changes help us manage our schedule more efficiently and ensure every patient has access to timely care.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to keep exceptional dentistry accessible to our entire patient community.
If you have any questions, please contact us at info@mainedentistry.com or reach out to any of our three offices during regular business hours.
For more details on this update, we invite you to watch a short video message from Dr. Lawlor, our lead dentist and owner of Maine Dentistry, where he explains the reason behind these changes and what they mean for you.
